The science of being a vegetarian 更多的惊喜


It is a wonderful thing to be vegetarian out of kindness, out of an ethical imperative to avert suffering and harm caused to animals and the environment. But if you are vegetarian without understanding how to be one properly, you can cause harm to your own body, which is unfair to the world in which you serve.

This is my experience, so I can recommend this approach. 




A long-term vegetarian needs to eat the following foods every day:

1. grains

2. legumes, beans (such as soybeans, red beans, mung beans, and soy products such as tofu, soy milk)

3. vegetables (such as vegetables, squashes)

4. mushrooms, seaweed (which are not the same as vegetables, but because they are important, they are listed separately. Mushrooms can improve immunity. (you can read about the remarkable medicinal properties of mushrooms such as shitake, oyster mushrooms, and many others, etc. elsewhere.)

5. nuts (peanuts, chestnuts, walnuts, etc., can increase resistance.)

6. fruits (preferably hot fruits such as durian, longan). (It’s important to know the effects of foods in terms of heating and cooling. Other sites can be referred to by doing a search under "list of hot and cold foods in Chinese medicine".

Next, to benefit from a vegetarian diet it is best to go to sleep at 9 pm and rise at 5 am. This schedule contributes to good health and can avert serious illness.

如果怀着仁慈之心吃素,却因为不懂得科学吃素反而伤害了自己的身体,那是世间最不公平的待遇,因此,我把自己吃素的心得写下来,希望吃素的人可以更健康更有福报:

一、长期吃素需每天吃以下几种食物:

1、谷类(如粗细粮、米面杂粮)

2、豆类(如大豆、红豆、绿豆,还有豆制品,如豆腐、豆浆)

3、蔬菜(如青菜、瓜类)

4、蘑菇、紫菜(这两样属蔬菜类,但因为重要,所以单独列出来。蘑菇类可提高抵抗力。紫菜可补充维生素B12)

5、坚果(如花生、栗子、核桃等,可提高抵抗力。)

6、水果(最好是热性水果,如榴莲、龙眼。因长期吃素会偏寒,所以要适当地选择热性食物。)

二、配合休息时间效果更好:晚9点睡,早5点起来,那么一生都不会有大病。

Suggestions for Good Health

There are many factors that contribute to good health, and health-care methods vary widely. Which ones are effective for your body only you can know. But it is important to give attention to the following:

                   1. Maintain healthy joints. 90% of health problems can be helped by proper alignment of the spine and joints. The misalignment of the cervical vertebrae from C-1 to C-8 can cause head and upper extremity problems, headaches, insomnia, lack of sufficient oxygen to the brain, hypertension, upper limb paralysis and other health problems.

                    2. Dislocation or misalignment of thoracic vertebrae T-1 to T-12 can cause damage to the heart, liver, spleen, lung, and affect kidney metabolism. Some problems associated with this part of the spine’s dislocation or misalignment are:  heartburn, palpitations, myocardial infarction; degradation of liver function, strong anger, cirrhosis of the liver, spleen, splenic dysfunction, and so on; decline in pulmonary function, pneumonia, chest tightness, and so on; kidney, weakness and so on.

                     3. Dislocation or misalignment of lumbar vertebrae L-1 to L-5 can cause bloating, back pain, lower extremity numbness, and weakness. Organs potentially affected by problems in these vertebrae are
the stomach, gallbladder, large intestine, small intestine, bladder, triple burner, as well as kidneys.

                     4. Dislocation or misalignment, and other problems from the end of L-5 below through the Sacral S-1 through S-5 vertebrae can cause sciatica, decreased immunity, and endocrine disorders.
Sacrum dislocation can cause paralysis of the legs, muscle atrophy, lower back pain, impotence in men, and in women strong anger can arise.

                     5. In the above cases, doctors can only provide temporary relief through suggesting medicine, acupuncture, etc.  Psychological and physical problems may begin or worsen. The first step in staying healthy and youthful is to keep the spine and joints healthy and properly aligned.

                      6. In order to keep your body’s meridians open so that Qi can flow, thus enhancing strength and metabolism of the internal organs, regular therapeutic massage is strongly indicated.

                      7. More than just-anti-aging practices, Qigong techniques enhance the body’s ability and capacity to heal and repair itself, and allow you to target the root of maintaining good health. Effects of consistent and regular Qigong practice will be felt in one or two month’s time. If we can persevere through the pain or discomfort that sometime occur within the first weeks of practice, we will become healthier and rejuvenated, and the practice will become easier over time.  For example, with the four exercises shown in this blog posted below, it's good to start with up to 15 minutes a day on each movement. It is important, on the other hand, not to overdo it at the beginning, or to expect instant results. Perseverance is key. Other key factors in maintaining good health and youthfulness are environment, diet, proper hygiene and self-care, and so on.

                     8. How do joints become unhealthy or poorly aligned?

Your sleep position, reading in one position for a long time, remaining on the computer for extended periods, long drives, or any activity in which you do not move for long stretches. Importantly, the direction in which you sleep has a tremendous effect on your health as well, since the earth’s magnetic field influences the human energy field. Best is to sleep in a North-South position; head toward the North, feet toward the South.  Not doing this causes your metabolism to be accelerated along  one meridian of your body while the other is slowed down, yielding uneven muscle tension and strain on joints.

年轻的原因


                 人健康的原因,
有很多的因素,保健方法也是五花八门,效果只有自己知道,但是最关键的有几个。

                   1,保持骨节的正常,百分之九十的问题,出自于骨节的错位,从颈椎的第一节到第七节,会引起头部和上肢的一些问题,头痛,失眠,大脑供氧不足,高血压,上肢麻痹等问题。

                    2,第一胸椎到第十二胸椎,会引起脏腑功能的变化,心,肝,脾,肺,肾的新陈代谢,在哪一个位置出的问题,相应的就会由量变,到质变的形成。心痛,心悸,心肌梗塞等。肝功能退化,肝火旺盛,肝硬化等,脾虚,脾脏功能失调等。肺功能下降,肺炎,胸闷等。肾虚,无力,腰酸背疼等。对应的六腑功能也是一样的出现问题。

                     3,第一腰椎到第五腰椎,会引起腹胀,腰疼,下肢麻痹,无力等。

                     4,底骨和第五腰椎出现问题,会引起坐骨神经痛,免疫力下降,内分泌失调等。

                     5,出现以上问题,西医无法解决,吃药,针灸,只能临时缓解,不要多久,就又会出现问题,会引起心理,和生理的衰老。必须保持骨节的正常。是保持年轻的第一步。

                   6, 推拿按摩,使经络保持畅通,五脏六腑的新陈代谢,就会旺盛,是保持年轻的第二步。

                      7, 气功的练习,以上只是延缓衰老的方法,气功会使你的身体自我修复,人的身体有很强的免疫能力,和修复能力,是实现年轻的根本原因。现在的气功,好的不是很多,包装的很神秘,但是最根本的一条,就是你练2个月还没有感觉,只是意念上的气感,或者练功像受罪一样,很不舒服,那一定方法的问题。气功是越练越舒服,精力越来越充足,才可以坚持下去。

                      以上是你变的年轻的重要因素,还有其他的一些,环境,饮食,锻炼,美容等。

            8, 骨节偏歪的原因,很多人只是知道,睡觉的姿势,看书,玩电脑太久,驾车太久等,还有一个最重要的原因,睡觉的方向,大家都知道地球的磁场,会和身体形成共振,当你长时间的错误,保持一个方向,会使你一边的经络新陈代谢加快,另一半的减慢,肌肉的拉力不平衡,会把你的骨节弄偏。
