Taijiquan - Four Easy Exercises with Master Chen

Master Chen has designed this sequence of movements especially for older adults who would like to do a simple and easy-to-remember series. With even just a few days' practice you will notice the benefits.


The sequence can be done for up to about an hour for beginners; so up to 15 minutes per movement. Relax and enjoy!
